Keesling Genealogy
Welcome to the new Keesling Genealogy Project by Tim Keesling.  It has been about 9 years since I have actually done anything with all the data that I have.  I have started a brand new family file and even though it looks quite small right now, I have at least 10,000+ names to add to it.  You can get started while the site is being worked on by clicking here on my new data file. "Tim's Data".  I do regret to inform you that one of our family researchers who has contributed so many names to this data file, has passed away!  Keith Smith will be missed in our quest to gain more insight on the Kissling/Keesling family.  I will be adding his information as I had on the original Keesling Genealogy website a few years ago.

As you search through this data file, please let me know of any mistakes or data that should not be listed.  I can make only certain things private on people that are still living.  I will not make public any information that can't be found at a library or elsewhere including online.

Please Note...there are many varients of spelling for our family name.  Before the Kisling/Kissling family came to the "New World" they spelled it "Kißling" which from my understanding is the Latin small letter sharp "s".  They say it sounds like a sz  when pronounced.  I will have more information on the family name (By Keith Smith) as soon as I can get it online.  I have spelled the name as Kisling in my new data file for the generations prior to the "New World".  I may eventually change this to reflect the true spelling if my program will allow.
